Loading skids refers to the loading control instruments, flowmeter, valve, loading arm, pipeline, auxiliary equipment, intermediate connector and cable, tray and other components integrated in a whole steel structure platform, and only reserve the process connections, control power supply and communication interfaces. After installation, air tightness, system strength and system function are tested and recorded in factory. After the system arrives at the user's job site, it only needs to connect the anchor bolts, process pipelines, power supply lines and communication lines, and then can be put into service after simple debugging.The normal loading control system consists of site control part and remote management part. In the site control part, quantitative loading controller is used to collect and control the site instruments. The remote management part uses industrial computer for centralized management; the two parts are connected through Ethernet /RS485 Bus to form a distributed quantitative loading system. Operators can not only set parameters, operate and supervise on site, but also carry out remote monitoring and management in the control room, realizing the integration of management and control.
LNG/Cryogenic Loading Skids
Cryogenic loading skid is a quantitative loading control system which selects appropriate control equipment and cryogenic instrument according to the characteristics of LNG, and integrates each instrument in the movable skid frame according to the filling process. The skid includes liquid pipeline, gas pipeline, circulation pipeline, discharge pipeline, nitrogen pipeline and instrument air pipeline. Mass flowmeter, regulating valve, check valve, loading control valve, temperature and pressure transmitter, process manual valve, etc., are installed on the liquid pipeline; check valve, control valve, temperature and pressure transmitter are installed on the gas pipeline.Safety valves are installed both on the liquid pipeline and the gas pipeline, and a special LNG batch controller is installed on the outside of the skid mounting frame. The batch controller is connected to all the control valves, temperature transmitters, pressure transmitters, flowmeters, etc. in the skid to form the cryogenic LNG loading control system.
Functions
Batch controller: After batch controller receives loading order, it will start the loading according to the predetermined procedure, open the corresponding valves, collect the flow of the flowmeter, and close the corresponding valves when the predetermined loading amount is reached.
Pre-cooling of tank truck: The temperature inside the LNG tank truck arriving at the loading station may be normal temperature. In order to safely load the truck, low velocity top spray must be adopted first to reduce the temperature inside the tank through LNG gasification. Full flow bottom loading is carried out when the interior temperature drops to close to-100 C.
Flow control: Flow regulating valve and mass flowmeter are installed in the loading skid to control the loading flow respectively to meet the loading process and safety requirements.
Nitrogen purging: Three nitrogen regulating valves are installed in the loading skid, which are used for nitrogen purging of loading arm, nitrogen sealing and leakage detecting of swivel joints before and after loading.Temperature and pressure alarm: Pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter are installed on the LNG pipeline and RG pipeline to monitor the temperature and pressure in the loading process. When the temperature and pressure exceed the limit, the control system will alarm.
Safe pressure relief: Liquid line, gas line and nitrogen lines in the loading skid are respectively installed with safety valves. Incase of accidents, the pipeline pressure exceeds the design pressure, and the safety valve operates to ensure the safety ofequipment and instruments in the skid.

The steel loading is mainly composed of platform unit, steel frame type awning, platform ancillary equipment (insulation room, loading arm, folding stairs, etc).The platform surface can be made of grid plate and pattern plate, and its anticorrosion treatment canbe made of paint, electroplating, hot dip galvanized and other processes. Steel frame type awning isinstalled on the ground through the column, or directly installed on the platform. The roof of therainproof shed is covered with colored steel plate, and the side is sealed with aluminum plastic plate,which has a variety of colors to choose from. Steel frame structure uses the international popularspherical point support or light steel structure, there are also a variety of materials to choose.
